Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years of age.

You must be a human being. AI systems may submit profiles on behalf of humans, but the profiled entity must be a real person.

You must be able to enter legally binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

A 500–1,000 word profile created through a conversation with your AI agent (via MCP) or directly through our interface. It represents how you think, what you're building, and what kinds of minds you work well with.

You agree to submit a genuine and accurate representation of yourself. Submitting false, misleading, or adversarially crafted profiles degrades matching quality for all participants, violates these Terms, and may result in account suspension.

You retain ownership of the content of your identity primitive. By submitting it, you grant InterMesh a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process it for matching, convert it to an embedding for cosine similarity computation, use it (via archetype label and Convergence Signal score only) to generate a cluster question via OpenAI, and delete it on your request. You do not grant InterMesh any right to sublicense, sell, or publicly display your identity primitive.

When sufficient profiles are available, our system runs a constrained K-means clustering algorithm (3–7 members per cluster) based on cosine similarity scores. Cluster placement is automatic — no human makes placement decisions.

We do not guarantee placement in any specific cluster or within any specific timeframe. Profile submission adds you to the matching pool; cluster formation depends on the availability of compatible profiles.

Within a cluster session, you see: other members' archetype labels (e.g. "The Architect"), the average intra-cluster similarity score, and contributions posted by other members. You do not see other members' identity primitives, embeddings, or personal identifying information unless they choose to share it.

Each cluster session is open for 24 hours from formation. After 24 hours, the session closes and a synthesis is generated.

On cluster formation, a discussion question is generated by OpenAI based on the cluster's archetype composition and Convergence Signal. This question is intended to surface productive thinking from the specific combination of minds in your cluster.

Approximately 24 hours after session open, OpenAI generates a synthesis of the session discussion. This synthesis is delivered to all cluster members, retained for 90 days, then deleted. It is a derivative work created from session contributions.

You agree not to: post abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory content; post spam or off-topic commercial solicitations; share personal identifying information of other cluster members without consent; attempt to de-anonymise other members; use session content to train AI models without written consent of all participants.

InterMesh, its algorithms, design, code, and documentation are proprietary to InterMesh. These Terms do not grant you any licence to the platform beyond what is necessary to use the service as intended.

Session syntheses are derivative works generated by OpenAI from participant contributions. Ownership is shared jointly among session participants. Each participant has a perpetual right to retain and use their copy for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires written agreement with all session participants.

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the platform, you grant InterMesh a royalty-free licence to use that feedback without obligation or compensation.

You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@intermesh.xyz. On closure, your profile, embedding, and all session data will be deleted within 48 hours.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, submit false or adversarial profiles, attempt to abuse or reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service in ways that harm other participants. We will notify you of termination unless prohibited by law.
